We provide a "hand-holding" experience, removing fear and concern from families and colleagues during traumatic times. There is no other provider in the world who is set up to use only accredited air ambulance operators.
The quote Process:
Self Payers: Complete the Contact Form (on the last page) giving the details of the patient and all necessary information needed to to obtain an air ambulance quote in a suitable chosen operator.
Payment terms: Once you’ve received and agreed the quote, payment will be required together with the signed Terms of Agreement. This will then secure and confirm the flight. Care Connect Air Network will then send a travel itinerary, together with any required documentation. The process will then be managed by a flight coordinator for the entire trip, giving constant updates as received directly from the flight crew during the air ambulances progress. This will be liaised to the designated contact person of the family or corporation.
Corporate Clients: Will have specific customized air ambulance agreements, containing payment terms based on volume of spend estimated.
